Bouquet of sweet red berries, balsamic notes, fine aromas of tobacco and chocolate. On the palate very harmonious of dark cherries, flattering full taste, perfectly balanced tannins, fresh acidity and good length.

Indicative blend: Sangiovese with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The third wine of Tenuta dell’Ornellaia.

Ornellaia is one of the foremost producers in the Bolgheri appellation on the coast of Tuscany. It is particularly known for making one of Italy’s most famous and expensive wines, which shares the same name.
