Abras Torrontes 2019 750ml

Torrontés is a tricky variety to get right. Most are on the overripe side, overly perfumed and unsubstantial. Recently, however, a trend has emerged that produces something very different: straightforward aromas of lime and herbs with rose notes that make way for a taut, refreshing, bare-boned palate underlined by the feisty acidity and solid structure. The 2019 Torrontés Abras is a leading proponent of the latter path.
