Two Hands Brave Faces Grenache Mouvedre Shiraz 2020 750ml

What a difference a couple of generations can make. In the mid 1980s South Australia’s old Grenache, Mourvèdre and Shiraz vines were being removed due to a lack of demand. Brave Faces is a tribute to the men and women that loyally tended their vineyards, allowing them to remain intact today. Deep purple in colour with a flicker of red hue. The nose is bright and fresh with dark cedar, ripe cherry, dried herb, lavender and pepper. The texture is clean and pure, it holds excellent ripe round and dense fruits. It gives great transition into a late palate that is drying with reverberating fruits. In the end you left with a nice meaty dense tannin that holds a lovely minerality throughout. Brave Faces will crave to be enjoyed with food and will win many friends at the table. Grape variety: Grenache, Mourvedre, Shiraz.
