Ichiro’s Malt Wine Wood Reserve includes malt distilled at the now-closed Hanyu distillery and matured, vatted and bottled at the Chichibu distillery. This edition was given a finishing period in French oak ex-wine casks.Fragrant with red wine notes, oak wood. Later more red fruits & berries then dark chocolate with hint orange flavours shows up. Spicy upfront with peppery edge, nuts, chocolate, red fruits. Bittersweet with long fading gentle wood notes and sherried spices and hint of chocolate
